Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We endeavour to deliver your order within 7 working days using our Standard UK Delivery service. All items are sent tracked/signed for.
If you require European or Worldwide delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.
If your order contains an item that states a 1-3 week delivery scale due to stock levels, we will dispatch these as soon as they are back in stock. We will keep you updated by email with the progress of your order.
Should you order multiple items and 1 or more of the items are out of stock, we will dispatch items that are currently in stock with the remainder of your order to follow.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 days to return your item from the day you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it along with the proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will notify you and update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund through your original payment method. Our processing time is 3-5 working days, however this may differ depending on your payment method. We do not have any control over your bank or card issuers transaction processing times.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the cost to return your item. Our initial delivery costs are none refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted.
